Het beste in mensen vinden en dat er daadwerkelijk ook laten uitkomen...de zoektocht naar jouw ware passie. Dat is voor mij Leiderschap.
Ik houd mij binnen de PMC Mens- Organisatieontwikkeling bezig met Leiderschap, Coaching en Assessments. Het begeleiden van grote maar ook kleine trajecten, het maken van planningen en het intensief contact houden met deelnemers en gastdocenten. Ik houd van dynamisch werk, waar de lat hoog ligt en mensen servicegericht te werk gaan. Waar iedereen hetzelfde doel voor ogen heeft en daar ook naar streeft.
In de film 'Invictus' gebruikten ze een mooi gedicht welke ik jullie niet wil onthouden;
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my conquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
